[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The City Lawyers Association Held a Health Lecture for Middle-aged and Elderly Lawyers
On the afternoon of August 8, 2018, a lecture themed "Health Crisis of Middle-aged and Elderly Lawyers" was held in the multi-functional hall of the Municipal Lawyers Association, jointly organized by the Sports and Health Working Committee and the Senior Lawyers Working Committee. Vice President Wang Tengfeng of the Municipal Lawyers Association, Director Gao Liming of the Senior Lawyers Working Committee, Deputy Director Li Jianguo, some members of the Sports Committee and the Senior Lawyers Working Committee, and about 30 interested lawyers attended the lecture, which was hosted by Ke Yingzhe, a member of the Sports Committee.
Before the lecture began, Vice President Wang Tengfeng stated that middle-aged and elderly lawyers are the backbone and valuable asset of the city's lawyer team. To care for their physical and mental health and help them adjust to work and life pressures, the Municipal Lawyers Association carefully planned and held this lecture, hoping that middle-aged and elderly lawyers could enhance their understanding of medical and health knowledge and master certain health and medical skills to improve their physical and mental health and devote full enthusiasm to their work.
The lecture was given by Li Guang, President of the Shenzhen Elderly Health Care Association and Chairman of the Shenzhen Anti-Aging Research Association. The content covered traditional Chinese medicine health preservation, prevention and regulation of common diseases, and prevention of occupational diseases. During the interactive session, the attending lawyers had a lively and thorough exchange with the keynote speaker and expressed hope that the Municipal Lawyers Association would hold more such lectures to raise health awareness among middle-aged and elderly lawyers.
The lecture was effective and practical, greatly benefiting the self-health care of middle-aged and elderly lawyers.
