On the afternoon of December 5, 2018, the seventh session of the "Craftsmanship Transfer" series of lectures organized by the Municipal Bar Association's Senior Lawyers Committee was held in the multi-functional hall of the Municipal Bar Association. The Senior Lawyers Committee invited Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, Director of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, as the keynote speaker for this session. Lawyer Gao Liming, Director of the Senior Lawyers Committee, presided over the event.
 

Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, under the theme "Creative Thinking in the Art of Litigation," combined his rich experience from 36 years of practice to share content such as "Clever Defense of Prosecution Evidence in Criminal Cases," "Creative Thinking in Civil and Commercial Cases," and "Wisdom and Courage in Administrative Cases" through a lively and engaging teaching style, aiming to help lawyers break free from traditional mechanical thinking.

Participating lawyers expressed that "this lecture was highly beneficial, with depth, breadth, and artistry, and the high integration of these three greatly helps improve professional skills," "Lawyer Wang's art of litigation takes a unique path, achieving surprising victories, and is very rewarding," and "The art of litigation can break through the limitations of thinking and the constraints of conventional logic."

The "Craftsmanship Transmission" series has successfully held seven sessions, where senior lawyers in the field share their rich experience, skills, and knowledge with fellow lawyers in Shenzhen. This not only serves as a review, memory, and summary for the Shenzhen legal community but also represents the transmission and relay of the Shenzhen legal profession.
