At the forum, over ten experts and scholars delivered keynote speeches on topics such as analysis of the litigation finance market, exploration of international development status, the combination of litigation and finance and the principles of empowerment, preliminary exploration of pathways, risk control, and the current development status in various domestic regions, engaging in in-depth discussions with attendees. Among them, Deputy Director Yin Xing gave a speech titled "Financial Investment Opportunities and Risk Control in Litigation Finance," addressing potential legal issues in litigation finance from a professional legal perspective. He analyzed the precautions in the process of bond transfer and elaborated on the legal principles and statutory basis for debt transfer, providing a thorough yet accessible interpretation of debt transfer issues from a case-study perspective.
Litigation finance, as an innovative method to share litigation risks, is a new model that combines lawyers' participation in litigation services with financial operations. Lawyers must integrate capital and technology into legal services to better serve clients and society, providing strong support for safeguarding clients' legitimate rights and interests, reducing social costs, and enhancing social harmony. The Financial Special Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association organized this forum with the aim of helping more lawyers understand and recognize litigation finance, enabling them to offer clients more comprehensive and innovative legal services.
