On the morning of December 5, the Yantian Subdistrict Party Working Committee (Office) held a promotional event for the "12·4 National Legal Awareness Day" at the Subdistrict Cultural Square. On the afternoon of December 9, lawyer Wu Jinsong from Zhiming Law Firm gave a special speech on legal issues related to housing leases at a residents' forum organized by the stationed community neighborhood committee, and answered legal inquiries from multiple community residents on-site.
