Some lawyers and trainee lawyers from the firm attended this business training session, themed "Practical Operations in Labor Contract Disputes," in the firm's conference room. [4] Lawyer Zhang Qingping explained and analyzed the adjudication opinions and guidelines of the provincial high court and municipal intermediate court regarding labor contract disputes. Participants engaged in a lively discussion on issues such as the bilateral relationship in Didi car rentals, work-related injury identification for post-retirement reemployment, and the overlap between work injury benefits and personal injury compensation. The training, originally scheduled to end at 4:30 PM, was extended by an additional half hour. After the session, participants expressed that they had gained valuable insights, broadened their case-handling perspectives, and improved their professional skills.
