[2] On the afternoon of March 29, the "Zhiming Lawyers Lecture Hall" of Zhiming Law Firm held another session. Some lawyers and trainee lawyers from the firm gathered in the conference room for a business training session themed "Practical Operations in Labor Contract Disputes." The training was led by senior lawyer Zhang Qingping, who has extensive experience in labor dispute cases.

[4] Lawyer Zhang Qingping explained and analyzed the adjudication opinions and guidelines of the provincial high court and municipal intermediate court regarding labor contract disputes. Participants engaged in a lively discussion on issues such as the bilateral relationship in Didi car rentals, work-related injury identification for post-retirement reemployment, and the overlap between work injury benefits and personal injury compensation. The training, originally scheduled to end at 4:30 PM, was extended by an additional half hour. After the session, participants expressed that they had gained valuable insights, broadened their case-handling perspectives, and improved their professional skills.

The Zhiming Lawyer Lecture Hall activity was personally planned under the care of Director Wang Tengfeng of Zhiming Law Firm, aiming to strengthen lawyer training and improve the overall business level of the firm. In 2017, the Zhiming Lawyer Lecture Hall held multiple lectures on topics such as lawyer practice and interpretation of new laws, achieving excellent results. In 2018, Zhiming Law Firm will effectively utilize the strength of the Youth Lawyer Development Liaison Department and the mentor team to institutionalize, normalize, and scale up the firm's learning and training, further building the social brand effect of the Zhiming Lecture Hall.
