First Lecture of the "How Intern Lawyers Transform" Special Training
How can intern lawyers grow quickly? On the afternoon of May 19, 2022, the first lecture of the "Intern Lawyer Training" sharing seminar conducted by Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was held as scheduled at Zhiming Law Firm. This lecture mainly provided systematic training on how to become a qualified intern lawyer. In fact, even before the training, Lawyer Li Zuolin had already systematically sorted out the relevant regulatory documents for intern lawyers in Shenzhen and provided preliminary guidance to intern lawyers. During the training, Lawyer Li gave a systematic explanation based on the current situation, internship requirements, and internship process of intern lawyers, and, through his own internship insights and experience, was committed to leading every intern lawyer to avoid detours and successfully practice law.
The training commenced with Director Wang Tengfeng of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm attending in person to set requirements and expectations for the development of trainee lawyers. As the founder of "artistic rights defense litigation," Director Wang pioneered the original strategic technique of "emotion, reason, and law." Erudite and highly knowledgeable, he actively guides trainee lawyers in formulating their practice plans and development paths, drawing on over 30 years of legal practice experience, and has long been a mentor and friend to lawyers across generations.
[4] Lawyer Li emphasized that the internship period for trainee lawyers is very precious. How can one become a qualified trainee lawyer and achieve transformation? From belief, mindset, to attitude, he stressed: The path to specialization for trainee lawyers progresses from being a full-time practitioner to a specialist and then to an expert—a gradual process that requires humility, caution, diligence, and hard work. One must work steadily, firmly uphold the ideal and belief of being a lawyer, maintain a good learning attitude, and cultivate rigorous work habits.
[5] Finally, Lawyer Li, based on the interview requirements of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and relevant cases, demonstrated the key content that trainee lawyers need to master during their internship to avoid common pitfalls. The law is sacred and solemn; trainee lawyers must uphold the fairness and justice of the law, diligently learn legal skills during their internship, cultivate a sense of professional honor as lawyers, stay true to their original aspirations, and always maintain a diligent and courageous attitude, laying a solid foundation for their future practice.
