First Lecture of the "How Intern Lawyers Transform" Special Training
[2] How can trainee lawyers grow quickly? On the afternoon of May 19, 2022, the first session of the "Trainee Lawyer Training" sharing lecture, organized by Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, was held as scheduled at the firm. This lecture focused on systematic training on how to become a qualified trainee lawyer. In fact, before the training, Lawyer Li Zuolin had already systematically organized the relevant regulatory documents for trainee lawyers in Shenzhen and provided preliminary guidance to them. During the training, Lawyer Li systematically explained the current situation, requirements, and process of trainee lawyers, and, drawing on his own internship experience and insights, aimed to guide each trainee lawyer to avoid detours and successfully practice law.
[3] At the start of the training, Wang Tengfeng, Director of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, personally attended and put forward requirements and expectations for the development of trainee lawyers. As the founder of the "Artistic Litigation Method," Director Wang pioneered the "Emotion, Reason, and Law" artistic litigation techniques. With his extensive knowledge and over 30 years of experience as a lawyer, he actively guided trainee lawyers in formulating career plans and development paths, consistently serving as a mentor and friend to lawyers of all generations.
[4] Lawyer Li emphasized that the internship period for trainee lawyers is very precious. How can one become a qualified trainee lawyer and achieve transformation? From belief, mindset, to attitude, he stressed: The path to specialization for trainee lawyers progresses from being a full-time practitioner to a specialist and then to an expert—a gradual process that requires humility, caution, diligence, and hard work. One must work steadily, firmly uphold the ideal and belief of being a lawyer, maintain a good learning attitude, and cultivate rigorous work habits.
[5] Finally, Lawyer Li, based on the interview requirements of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and relevant cases, demonstrated the key content that trainee lawyers need to master during their internship to avoid common pitfalls. The law is sacred and solemn; trainee lawyers must uphold the fairness and justice of the law, diligently learn legal skills during their internship, cultivate a sense of professional honor as lawyers, stay true to their original aspirations, and always maintain a diligent and courageous attitude, laying a solid foundation for their future practice.
