On the afternoon of July 4, 2014, the Zhiming Litigation Art Research Center and Zhiming Lawyers College organized their first learning and exchange activity after their establishment in the conference room of Zhiming Law Firm.Lawyerspersonally participated and delivered an important speech before the event began, emphasizing the importance of learning, exchange, and research and development within the institute.
Attorney Zhang Yong, the organizer of this event, first introduced the origins, purposes, and preliminary activity plans for establishing the research center and the academy, and then shared his experience in handling an infringement case. With the help of a carefully prepared PPT presentation, Attorney Zhang Yong provided a detailed explanation of the entire process and final outcome of the infringement case, and distilled both positive and negative lessons from the experience to share with everyone. All participants expressed that they had gained something from the event and voiced their support and affirmation for the research center and the lawyers' academy's approach of enhancing Zhiming lawyers' professional competence and strengthening team building through learning and exchange activities, looking forward to more and even more exciting learning and exchange activities in the future.
