[2] The Fifth Lecture of Zhiming Lecture Hall — Contract Section of the Civil Code
On the afternoon of May 28, 2021, Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm held the fifth session of the "Zhiming Lecture Hall" sharing seminar. The theme of this lecture was "Contract Section of the Civil Code," shared by Lawyer Peng Jiong. During the lecture, Lawyer Peng closely followed the legal provisions to explain the basic definition of contracts and their legal application, reviewing the old to learn the new, allowing everyone not only to consolidate their theoretical knowledge of legal provisions but also to regain some forgotten knowledge. During the lecture, Lawyer Peng occasionally raised practical cases to stimulate everyone's thinking and discussion. Regarding some controversial points, everyone actively offered their own views, creating a very lively atmosphere.

They expressed that in their busy work and life, they lacked such opportunities for learning and exchange, so they always looked forward to the monthly sharing lectures. Here, they could not only learn legal knowledge but also discuss cases with others and broaden their thinking—truly killing two birds with one stone!
Civil law is inseparable from the daily lives of the people; the Civil Code is compiled from accumulated wisdom and experience; contracts permeate every detail everywhere. They are not merely coldly printed on paper, but vividly exist among each of us.
