[2] The Fifth Lecture of Zhiming Lecture Hall — Contract Section of the Civil Code

[2] On the afternoon of May 28, 2021, Guangdong ZhiMing Law Firm held the fifth session of the "ZhiMing Lecture Hall" sharing lecture. The theme of this lecture was "The Contract Section of the Civil Code" shared by lawyer Peng Jiong. During the lecture, Lawyer Peng closely followed the legal provisions to explain the basic definition of contracts and their legal application, reviewing the old to learn the new, which not only consolidated the theoretical knowledge of the provisions but also helped everyone recall some forgotten information. Throughout the lecture, Lawyer Peng occasionally presented practical cases to stimulate discussion and reflection, and everyone actively shared their views on certain points of contention, creating a very lively atmosphere.
