In this edition of the Zhiming Lecture Hall, we are honored to have Lawyer Zhang Yong as our instructor. Here, listen to an all-round lawyer systematically organize, refine, and reflect on knowledge. Zhang Yong: A professional lawyer, a high-quality, versatile legal service expert who truly understands law, economics, and foreign languages.

In terms of law, I hold a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, have passed the National Judicial Examination, and possess a lawyer's practice license. I have accumulated years of litigation and non-litigation experience in various legal service areas, including corporate law, investment and mergers, bankruptcy liquidation, intellectual property, tort liability, criminal defense, and foreign-related legal affairs.

In terms of economics, I am proficient in institutional economics analysis methods, have obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification through examination, and am a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I have extensive knowledge and experience in corporate finance, taxation, auditing, internal control, and risk management.

In terms of English, I hold a college diploma and a bachelor's degree in English, have passed the CET-6 exam with an "excellent" grade, and am proficient in professional English in law, finance, and auditing. I have previously worked as a middle school English teacher and as a part-time senior legal and financial English translator for a translation company. The professional creed I adhere to is "Believe in the law as truth, put people first," and the service philosophy I follow is "Realize the lawyer's own value by creating value for clients."
