Instructor Introduction
Zhang Yong: A professional lawyer, a high-quality, versatile legal service expert who truly understands law, economics, and foreign languages.
In terms of law, I hold a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, have passed the National Judicial Examination, and possess a lawyer's practice license. I have accumulated years of litigation and non-litigation experience in various legal service areas, including corporate law, investment and mergers, bankruptcy liquidation, intellectual property, tort liability, criminal defense, and foreign-related legal affairs.
In the economic field, she is proficient in the analytical methods of institutional economics, has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification through examination, and is a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, with extensive knowledge and experience in corporate finance, taxation, auditing, internal control, and risk management.
In terms of English proficiency, I hold an associate degree and a bachelor's degree in English, passed the CET-6 exam with an "Excellent" rating, and have a strong command of professional English in law, finance, and auditing. I once served as a middle school English teacher and worked part-time as a senior legal and financial English translator at a translation company. My professional creed is "Faith in law as truth, people-oriented practice," and my service philosophy is "To realize a lawyer's own value by creating value for clients."
