Zhiming Lecture Hall 2019 Twelfth Lecture — Theory and Practice of Litigation and Non-Litigation Related to Shareholder Capital Contributions
On the afternoon of December 26, 2019, the twelfth lecture of Zhiming Lecture Hall, hosted by Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, was held at the firm. The lecture focused on the theme "Litigation and Non-Litigation Practice Related to Shareholder Capital Contributions," featuring senior lawyer Zhang Yong from Guangdong Chenggong (Longhua) Law Firm as the keynote speaker.
