Zhizming Lecture Hall 2019 Session 12 - Theories and Practices in Litigation and Non-litigation Related to Shareholder Capital Contributions
On the afternoon of December 26, 2019, the twelfth session of the Zhiming Lecture Series, hosted by Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, was held at the firm. This sharing lecture centered on the theme of "Litigation and Non-Litigation Practice Related to Shareholder Capital Contributions," with senior lawyer Zhang Yong from Guangdong Chenggong (Longhua) Law Firm specially invited as the keynote speaker. Several dozen attendees participated in the lecture, including lawyers and assistants from the firm, as well as lawyers from peer law firms who came to listen after hearing about it. In the lecture, Attorney Zhang Yong, based on the actual implementation since the major revision of the capital system under the 2013 Company Law, combined with practical case studies and with reference to the relevant provisions of the latest Minutes of the Ninth National Conference on Civil and Commercial Trials, explained to the audience the theoretical and practical issues related to shareholder capital contribution in both litigation and non-litigation contexts.
