Lawyer Li also used his own case experience as examples to provide a detailed and vivid interpretation of key provisions of the Fire Protection Law, Article 229 of the Criminal Law regarding the crime of intentionally providing false supporting documents by personnel of intermediary organizations undertaking duties such as asset appraisal, capital verification, validation, accounting, auditing, and legal services, and other practical issues. He also interpreted the latest implemented laws for the client entities, enhancing their awareness of legal risks in business management.
