He outlined three scenarios: first, the lawyer is diligent and responsible, and the client respects and thanks them; second, the lawyer is still diligent, but the client bites the hand that feeds or even turns against them; third, the lawyer is unethical, unskilled, or even cheats their own client. Since the third type involves lawyers of poor character, they fall outside the scope of upright lawyers, so Lawyer Wang mainly warned against preventing the second scenario.
At this moment, Lawyer Wang shared a classic case of personal experience. Xie, as a civil servant, engaged in extramarital affairs and caused his mistress to become pregnant. The other party threatened not to give him 9 million yuan in child support and threatened to make Xie lose his job. Xie panicked and expressed willingness to spend 900000 yuan in legal fees just to get through peacefully. Lawyer Wang has accumulated years of experience in handling cases, and with his resolution, this small matter was resolved within half a month. However, at this point, Xie unexpectedly felt that the lawyer's fees were too high and wanted to deny it. Lawyer Wang wrote a letter to Xie using his self created literary and artistic rights protection lawsuit, combined with various factors such as emotions, reason, and law. At first glance, Xie knew that if he denied it blindly, he would only lose the bigger picture due to small gains, and could only retreat when faced with difficulties.

They may kneel and weep when seeking help, but after receiving assistance, they lose all conscience and turn hostile. While we lawfully and righteously advocate for our clients, we must always carefully analyze the situation, stay vigilant, and avoid doing good that harms ourselves.
