On June 26, Weibo user @EZuTuQuBaoLiao reported that a certain place in Guizhou Province is suspected of a kindergarten or orphanage accepting money to raise children to satisfy pedophiles' bestial desires!

[1] A Weibo post by @GooseGroupRabbitDistrictExposed includes multiple chat screenshots. The chat content involved multiple photos of child sexual abuse. In the screenshots, one participant in the chat claimed to spend 100,000 yuan per year on such activities, and there were also claims of kindergarten workers injecting children with sex hormones.

[3] This instantly sparked outrage among countless netizens, and Guizhou police immediately set up a special task force to investigate, with enthusiastic netizens voluntarily gathering evidence.

[4] A lawyer from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm pointed out that according to Article 5 of the "Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate's Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Defamation via Information Networks," [5] Fabricating false information, or knowingly spreading fabricated false information on information networks, or organizing or instructing others to spread it, causing public disturbance and severely disrupting public order, shall be convicted and punished as the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble under Article 293, Paragraph 1, Item (4) of the Criminal Law.

[6] The crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble has two sentencing levels:

(1) Fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention, or public surveillance: (1) randomly beating another person, where the circumstances are flagrant; (2) pursuing, intercepting, verbally abusing, or intimidating another person, where the circumstances are flagrant; (3) forcefully taking or demanding property, or wantonly damaging or misappropriating public or private property, where the circumstances are serious; (4) creating a disturbance in a public place, causing serious disorder in the public place.

(2) Fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years (a fine may also be imposed): Gathering others to repeatedly commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph, seriously disrupting social order.
