During communication with the restaurant, staff felt the customer was speaking loudly, which had a negative impact on the premises, and called the police to handle the situation. Both parties are still in negotiation.
The next day, Mr. Lu received a call from someone claiming to be from Haidilao's Xi'an headquarters, offering 1,000 yuan for a private settlement.
Finally, Mr. Lu said, "Now I have a demand: compensate me with one yuan, and Haidilao must suspend operations for rectification for at least one week."

(1) Directly request the restaurant to refund or exchange the product.

(3) Also, according to the law, claim compensation from the merchant of ten times the price or three times the loss.
At the same time, consumers should be careful to retain relevant evidence: preserve the scene, take photos or videos of the problematic food, and keep relevant payment receipts.

On December 31, Lu Yanyan, a first-year middle school student at Taipingzhuang Town Middle School in a city in Heilongjiang Province, joined her classmates in shoveling snow organized by the school. Lu Yanyan was not in the habit of wearing gloves, so she worked outdoors with a broom and shovel for less than three hours with bare hands.
At the time, she did not think her hands were severely frostbitten, but after the snow shoveling ended, Lu Yanyan found that her hands were no longer responsive. After discovering her frostbite, the teacher contacted Lu Yanyan's mother around 10 o'clock. After several transfers, Lu Yanyan was taken to Daqing Oilfield General Hospital that afternoon. Lu Yanyan's right hand fingers were severely swollen, with protruding parts as thick as the fingers themselves, and some areas had turned black.
Doctors say that the observation period for frostbite is generally 10 to 15 days. Lu Yanyan's hands have just begun treatment and are in the observation stage. The swollen parts are likely to recover, but the blackened fingers need monitoring. If recovery is poor, amputation cannot be ruled out.

When organizing educational and teaching activities, the school should ensure the personal safety of students. If a student is injured while shoveling snow organized by the school, and the school fails to fulfill its protection duty, it should bear corresponding liability in accordance with the Tort Liability Law of the People's Republic of China.
However, the issues reflected behind the incident are more concerning. Many schools in China still overemphasize student obedience in the education process, causing children to lose the ability to think independently, question, and say "no." If education practitioners do not reflect and reshape, this may not be the last tragedy.
