The netizen also stated that player Cheng Yuan told her that night, "Little girl, just starting out in society? Don't know how dangerous the world is, do you? Do you know who I am to talk to me like that?" The leaked information also showed that Cheng Yuan said to those present, "Do you know who I am? I'm from Luneng."

 
 

[3] On January 17, netizen "I am Meilizha" stated that she did not know the attacker. That night, at the restroom entrance, the other person bumped into her and then verbally abused her. When she demanded an apology, the person assaulted her, "He slapped me, then grabbed my hair and slammed my head into the sink. After several hard slams, he threw me to the ground, kicked my head several times, and punched me repeatedly. After beating me, I couldn't get up."

The left side of my face can't make any expressions and is stiff. My left eye can't see clearly, and the brow bone above it is swollen. The bone behind my right ear is also swollen. My neck is strained, and there are two lumps on my head. I feel dizzy and can't eat anything."
 
On January 18, the Licheng Branch of Jinan Public Security Bureau issued a police report stating that former Shandong Taishan player Cheng Yuan was detained for 10 days for assaulting a woman at a bar.

 
 

 
Public Security Administration Punishments LawArticle 43
Whoever assaults another person or intentionally harms another person's body shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and shall also be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than 500 yuan.
Under any of the following circumstances, the person shall be detained for not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and shall also be fined not less than 500 yuan but not more than 1,000 yuan:
(1) Assaulting or harming another person in a group;
(2) Assaulting or injuring a disabled person, a pregnant woman, a person under the age of fourteen, or a person aged sixty or older;

Based on the current situation, Cheng Yuan himself refuses to publicly apologize, while the assaulted woman stated that she will wait for the injury assessment results before pursuing legal channels for rights protection. It is not difficult to see that this football player is quite arrogant, not only failing to recognize his mistake after assaulting someone, but also refusing to admit fault after receiving administrative punishment. Vigor and spirit should be displayed on the football field, not through fists and kicks.
