Case review
The main illegal facts published on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System show that the party operated the Tiantang Supermarket Bar at No. 6 Gongti West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. According to the briefing at the 361st press conference on Beijing's COVID-19 prevention and control work on June 10, 2022, infected person No. 1991 had not undergone nucleic acid testing from May 26 to June 8, and had developed fever symptoms on the evening of June 8. This infected person visited Tiantang Supermarket Bar on the evening of June 6 and the early morning of June 9.

 

Due to the dense crowd at the bar, the complex composition of visitors, and the failure to comply with regulations on scanning codes, temperature checks, and verifying negative nucleic acid test results, the difficulty of epidemic prevention and control increased. From 0:00 on June 9 to 15:00 on June 11, a total of 115 infected individuals were reported in the cluster epidemic related to Tiantang Supermarket Bar, involving 14 districts and the Economic and Technological Development Zone. As of 15:00 on June 11, 2022, there were 6,158 close contacts (including simultaneous space-time personnel) and 901 secondary close contacts related to Tiantang Supermarket Bar.

The Chaoyang District Market Supervision Administration made an administrative penalty decision on August 11, 2022, ordering the party to correct the illegal behavior and simultaneously revoking its license (registration certificate).
