On February 11, "The Knockout" issued an official statement saying the production team will modify and delete relevant scenes involving the actor and reserve the right to pursue legal action against the actor and related hiring parties.
 
In the early hours of the 12th, actor @Han Xiao posted on Weibo, expressing deep apologies to the production team, apologizing to all fans of the show, apologizing to all friends who once supported and liked me, and apologizing to all police officers fighting on the front lines of drug enforcement.

Article 72
Whoever commits any of the following acts shall be detained for not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and may also be fined not more than 2,000 yuan; if the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than 500 yuan:
(1) Illegally possessing less than 200 grams of opium, less than 10 grams of heroin or methamphetamine, or other small amounts of drugs;
(2) Providing drugs to others;
(3) Ingesting or injecting drugs;
(4) Coercing or deceiving medical personnel into prescribing narcotic or psychotropic substances.
