Major Case Briefing | Zhiming Law Firm Undertakes a Major Criminal Case Involving Suspected Sale of Counterfeit and Inferior Health Products by a Large Gang
Recently, our firm’s well-known Litigation Art Research Center lawyer team, led by Wang Tengfeng, took on a major criminal case involving Gao and others suspected of selling counterfeit and substandard health products. Dozens of people involved have been arrested. The situation is extremely urgent, and the client sought help in person. Director Wang Tengfeng personally took charge, and, together with the team—including lawyer Zhang Yong, intern lawyer Li Xiaoming, and lawyers Liao Ruibin and Wan Zhengyu—traveled twice to Ningbo, Zhejiang to meet the suspects, negotiate with public security authorities to understand the case, consult with family members and other relevant parties, collect legal evidence, urgently study the case, and prepare to provide precise legal assistance to the client in accordance with the law. Currently, the lawyers are all diligently and seriously discussing the case, hoping for a positive outcome.
