Not long ago, the client Luo Min entrusted our firm's lead lawyer Wang Tengfeng and lawyer Liu Weiwen to represent her in the lawsuit against Shenzhen Haocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haocheng) over a house sales contract dispute. In this case, the buyer Luo Min paid the full purchase price of approximately 1.4 million yuan in a timely manner, while the seller Haocheng, after delivering the house, kept delaying signing the formal purchase contract and handling the relevant purchase procedures, and even failed to process the property ownership transfer.
