Acting on behalf of the owner, won the housing sales contract case against Haocheng Industrial

Not long ago, the client Luo Min entrusted our firm's lawyer Zhiming to represent him in a dispute over a housing sale contract against Shenzhen Haocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haocheng). In this case, the buyer Luo Min paid in full the total purchase price of approximately RMB 1.4 million in a timely manner, whereas after delivering the house, the seller Haocheng kept delaying and refused to sign a formal purchase contract with the buyer or handle the relevant purchase procedures, let alone go through the property ownership transfer procedures. The facts of the case were clear and the evidence was conclusive. Based on the facts and the law, Lawyer Zhiming sent a lawyer's letter to Haocheng urging the other party to complete the contract procedures and bear liability for breach of contract, requiring a clear reply within 3 days. After negotiations failed, the attorney filed a lawsuit with the court on behalf of the client in accordance with the law. After trial in accordance with the law, the court ruled that the defendant Haocheng should bear liability for breach of contract and perform corresponding obligations. The attorney effectively protected the substantial property rights and interests of the client Luo Min.
