Around 9 a.m. on May 23, the sky cleared after days of heavy rain, and the long-awaited sun emerged. Lawyers and staff of Zhiming Law Firm, filled with joy, arrived one after another at the Shengtingyuan Hotel to welcome honored guests. The Jinxiu Hall on the third floor was resplendent and festive, with 20 large round tables neatly arranged in the spacious and bright banquet hall. On the backdrop of the main stage, the phrases "Professionalism, Respect for Law, Justice, Dedication" and "Achievement Report Reception" highlighted the theme of the celebration. At the bottom of the backdrop, large red flowers surrounded the words "Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm" and "2000.5—2010.5," adding a strong festive atmosphere. On the left and right sides of the backdrop, a couplet read: "Five years of dedication to advancing law and community harmony, ten years of professionalism and respect for law guiding Zhiming forward," proclaiming Zhiming's journey of growth.

Around 10 a.m., smiling guests arrived with friendship and blessings. Among them were leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice in Guangzhou, including Mr. Hu Keshun, Deputy Director Tan Zheng of the Department's Lawyer Management Office, and Mr. Chen Xikang, Vice President of the Provincial Bar Association; from Shenzhen, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, Mr. Zhong Xiaoyu, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Mr. Zhang Xiaomin, Standing Committee Member of the Municipal People's Congress, Ms. Jin Yili, President of Shenzhen University, Mr. Zhang Bigong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice's Lawyer Management Office, Mr. Yang Shaobin, Deputy Director Mr. Chen Jiaman, Vice President of the Municipal Bar Association, Ms. Wang Lina, Party Secretary of the Municipal Bar Association, Mr. Zhang Yong; and from Yantian District, Director of the Emergency Command Center (Petition Office), Mr. Zhao Shikuan, Deputy Director of the Yantian District Bureau of Justice, Mr. Diao Pizhe, and Director of the Yantian Street Judicial Office, Mr. Huang Yizhen, along with other leaders and individuals from various sectors. By noon, over 200 guests and colleagues gathered together. As the host announced, the celebration report meeting began amidst colorful fireworks. Then, the lights dimmed, and wide screens on both sides of the stage played a ten-year retrospective video of Zhiming. Vivid and detailed images, accompanied by steady and powerful narration, brought everyone back to Zhiming's journey of forging ahead through storms and struggles since its establishment, vividly showcasing the firm belief of Zhiming lawyers in "Professionalism, Respect for Law, Justice, and Dedication." After the video ended, the lights brightened, and amid warm applause, Zhiming's director, Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, took the stage to deliver a keynote report titled "Zhiming's Ten Years: Forging Ahead Through Storms." In his report, Director Wang summarized Zhiming's entrepreneurial beginnings, growth and development, business achievements, and theoretical accomplishments over the past decade. Over ten years, Zhiming Law Firm grew from an initial three members to over 70, handling more than 5,000 cases of various types, including 260 criminal cases, 1,160 civil cases, 370 economic cases, 155 foreign-related cases, 18 administrative cases, and over 600 non-litigation cases, reducing economic losses for clients by over one billion yuan. Over the decade, Zhiming also trained over 100 legal professionals, published nearly 100 professional papers and articles, served as expert guests on television and print media, commented on social hot topics, published over 600 legal articles, delivered over 50 special lectures invited by national, provincial, and municipal entities, and provided over 200 legal education lectures to various government agencies, enterprises, and institutions. Zhiming's effective efforts over ten years earned praise from the government and society. It was recognized by the Shenzhen Municipal Government as a "Standardized Law Firm Construction Unit" and an "Advanced Unit for Legal Services in Communities," and received honors such as "National Environmental Rights Volunteer Law Firm" from the China Environmental Protection Federation and "Shenzhen Outstanding Consumer Rights Law Firm" from the Shenzhen Consumer Council. Director Wang also highlighted Zhiming's participation in the "Legal Services in Communities" activity in Yantian Street, Yantian District, since May 2006, persisting for five consecutive years, holding 30 free legal education lectures, establishing six legal education bulletin boards, publishing 14 issues of legal education posters, providing free legal consultations to over 2,000 residents, distributing 20,000 copies of legal education materials, mediating six civil disputes, and handling two legal aid cases, playing a positive role in meeting community legal needs, improving residents' legal awareness, and promoting community governance by law.

Despite his busy schedule, he attended the firm's tenth-anniversary celebration and delivered a speech. Subsequently, Deputy Director Diao Pizhe of the Yantian District Bureau of Justice presented a plaque inscribed with "Persisting in Delivering Legal Services to Communities with Selfless Dedication, Serving the People to Promote Harmony, a Commendable Spirit," and Director Huang Yizhen of the Yantian Street Judicial Office presented a banner inscribed with "Upholding Legal Dignity, Promoting Social Harmony." Both leaders, during the host's on-site interview, unanimously praised the valuable spirit of Zhiming lawyers in selflessly serving the community. Director Wang and lawyer Li Zhiyong, a representative who had participated in "Legal Services into Communities" for five consecutive years, accepted the gifts on stage, expressing heartfelt gratitude to leaders at all levels for their support and care for Zhiming Law Firm, vowing not to let down everyone's expectations and to better serve society and the people in the future.
