A new year begins with the first day, and thousands of homes celebrate New Year's Day with lights. A new year, a new start, new blessings, and a new beginning.

In 2008, we were worn out with exhaustion. Let us put an end to those misfortunes, just as yellow leaves drifting in the long river of life sweep past our eyes. 2009 has turned a new page for us. This is the end of the old year and the beginning of the new, as things change and the world renews itself. On New Year’s Day, life begins anew, and it is also the starting line for launching new endeavors. Year after year, we always have new highlights; on New Year’s Day, our career takes on a new landscape, and it is also a new scroll about to be painted. Year after year, we will always have a new stretch of blue sky; on New Year’s Day, the prelude of the years, it is also a song that keeps urging us forward. We sing it to fulfill our new dreams and achieve our new goals. Year after year, on this day, we always hoist the sails of hope.

Here I extend festive greetings and sincere wishes to all colleagues from various sectors of society who have worked tirelessly over the past year, as well as to their families!
