Recently, in response to the Shenzhen Bar Association's call for a discussion on "Where Should Shenzhen Lawyers Go," Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm convened its practicing lawyers and some trainee lawyers for a special meeting on this topic. During the meeting, everyone was enthusiastic, expressed their views freely, and spoke openly. They offered specific and practical suggestions and opinions on how to excel in their legal work, how to develop the firm, how to contribute to the legal profession in Shenzhen, and how the Bar Association can improve management, services, coordination, and rights protection, focusing on feasibility and implementation. Ultimately, the firm's consensus was that we should stay grounded in our roles, hone our skills, and perform our duties well. We should align with the trend of specialization and internationalization in the legal profession, explore team-based work methods, and pursue high-quality specialized services. While balancing the firm's cultural development, we strive to build the firm into a high-end, refined "renowned" brand, serving society with excellent quality.
