Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm held a meeting to discuss "Where Should Shenzhen Lawyers Go"

Recently, in response to the Shenzhen Bar Association's call for a discussion on "Where Should Shenzhen Lawyers Go," Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm convened a meeting of practicing lawyers and some trainee lawyers to specifically discuss this topic. During the meeting, everyone was enthusiastic, expressed their views freely, and spoke openly. They put forward specific and practical suggestions and opinions on how to excel in their own legal work, how to develop the firm based on its foundation, how to advance the Shenzhen legal profession from the city's perspective, and how the Shenzhen Bar Association can improve management, services, coordination, and rights protection, focusing on feasibility and implementation. Ultimately, the firm's overall view was that we should stay grounded in our roles, hone our skills, and perform our duties well, aligning with the trend of specialization and internationalization in the legal profession. We should explore team-based work methods, pursue high-quality specialized services, and while attending to the firm's cultural development, strive to build the firm into a high-end, high-quality "renowned" brand, serving society with excellent quality.
