[Shenzhen Bar Association] Delegation from Chengdu Lawyers Association Visits Our Association for Exchange

On the afternoon of August 1, a delegation of 16 led by Li Zhengguo, Vice President of the Chengdu Lawyers Association, Xiao Dengguo, Director of the Foreign Exchange Committee, and Hao Xueyu, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Supervision Committee, visited our association. Zhang Cheng and Wang Tengfeng, Vice Presidents of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, Ding Chaoqun, Director of the Public Relations Committee, and Zhao Dongchuan, Director of the Member Violation Investigation Committee, received the guests and accompanied them during the discussion.

Vice President Zhang Cheng introduced the Council's basic work on investigating and disciplining member violations; Director Zhao Dongchuan focused on introducing working mechanisms such as the separation of investigation and adjudication, hearing deliberations, and adjudication committee deliberations.

Vice President Wang Tengfeng introduced the work of the Public Relations Committee of our association, noting that the committee is currently in its initial stage and looking forward to friendly mutual assistance and common progress with the Chengdu Lawyers Association. Director Ding Chaoqun stated that the Public Relations Committee will establish regular contacts and cooperation with chambers of commerce, industry associations, large enterprises, and other institutions.

Participants from both sides engaged in extensive exchanges on disciplinary actions, rights protection, and external exchanges, and expressed that they will strengthen communication and mutual learning in the future to jointly promote the healthy development of the legal profession.
