[Shenzhen Bar Association] Delegation from Chengdu Lawyers Association Visits Our Association for Exchange

On the afternoon of August 1, a delegation of 16 people, including Li Zhengguo, Vice President of the Chengdu Lawyers Association, Xiao Dengguo, Director of the Foreign Exchange Committee, and Hao Xueyu, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Supervision Committee, visited our association. Vice Presidents Zhang Cheng and Wang Tengfeng of the Municipal Lawyers Association, along with Ding Chaoqun, Director of the Public Relations Committee, and Zhao Dongchuan, Director of the Member Misconduct Investigation Committee, received and accompanied the discussion.

Vice President Zhang Cheng introduced the basic work of our association in investigating and disciplining member misconduct; Director Zhao Dongchuan focused on introducing working mechanisms such as the separation of investigation and punishment, hearing evaluations, and review committee assessments.

Vice President Wang Tengfeng introduced the work of our Public Relations Committee and pointed out that the committee is currently in its initial stage, looking forward to friendly mutual assistance and joint progress with the Chengdu Lawyers Association; Director Ding Chaoqun stated that the Public Relations Committee will establish daily contact and cooperation with chambers of commerce, industry associations, large enterprises, and other institutions.

Participants from both sides engaged in extensive exchanges on disciplinary actions, rights protection, and external exchanges, and expressed that they will strengthen communication and mutual learning in the future to jointly promote the healthy development of the legal profession.
