Zhiming Lawyer Lecture Hall 2018 Fifth Session Begins—Seminar on Legal Issues and Case Studies of Property Division in Divorce
Zhiming Law Firm has recently taken on multiple major, difficult, and complex marriage dispute cases. To enhance the professional capabilities of the firm's practitioners in relevant areas, on the afternoon of July 20, Zhiming Law Firm specifically held a "Seminar on Legal Issues and Case Studies Related to Property Division in Divorce." Some of the firm's practicing lawyers and trainee lawyers participated in this seminar and training session in the firm's conference room.

This seminar and training was led by senior lawyer Zhang Qingping, who has handled dozens of divorce disputes over the years, including complex property division issues such as company equity and unilateral huge debts. Based on the "Marriage Law Judicial Interpretation IV," relevant guidance from the provincial high court, and adjudication guidelines from the municipal intermediate court, combined with typical divorce cases he previously handled, Zhang Qingping explained in detail key points of property division in divorce, such as "determination of pre-marital property," "validity of fidelity agreements," and "attribution of corporate shareholder income," as well as judges' tendencies in such cases.
