[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Zhiming Law Firm participated in the legal publicity activity of Yantian Judicial Administration System
On the morning of April 16, Wang Tengfeng, the lead lawyer of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, along with lawyer Cao Guanghui, intern lawyer Zheng Fengdan, and Guo Tianxi, the full-time assistant director of the "Legal Services in Communities" program, went to Yong'an Community in Yantian Street to participate in a legal awareness campaign organized by the Yantian judicial administrative system. This event was held by the Yantian District Judicial Bureau to address new trends in social conflicts under the impact of the financial crisis, enhance public legal awareness, and resolve disputes among the people. In addition to lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm, legal staff from the notary office and legal aid center of the Yantian judicial administrative system also took part. The event ran from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with Deputy Director Zhao of the Yantian District Judicial Bureau and Director Huang of the Yantian Street Judicial Office, among other relevant leaders, participating throughout. During the event, Wang Tengfeng, the lead lawyer of Zhiming Law Firm, and lawyer Cao Guanghui provided consultations to several members of the public on legal issues such as civil disputes, marital property, labor contracts, work-related injury benefits, and labor wages. The Zhiming lawyers brought nearly a hundred legal pamphlets, which were quickly taken by the attendees. At the event site, Wang Tengfeng also discussed with Deputy Director Zhao, Director Huang, and other relevant leaders the further development and expansion of cooperation in the "Legal Services in Communities" program, reaching further consensus on the next steps of work arrangements.
