[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Zhiming Law Firm participated in the legal publicity activity of Yantian Judicial Administration System
On the morning of April 16, Attorney Wang Tengfeng, Director of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, led a team of four—including Attorney Cao Guanghui, trainee attorney Zheng Fengdan, and Guo Tianxi, full-time director assistant for the “Law into the Community” program—to Yongan Community in Yantian Subdistrict to participate in a legal awareness campaign organized by the Yantian judicial administrative system. The event was held by the Yantian District Justice Bureau to address new trends in social conflicts amid the financial crisis, raise public legal awareness, and resolve disputes among residents. Participants included not only lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm but also legal staff from the Yantian judicial administrative system’s notary office and legal aid center. The event ran from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. that day, with Deputy Director Zhao of the Yantian District Justice Bureau, Director Huang of the Yantian Subdistrict Judicial Office, and other relevant leaders participating throughout. During the event, Director Wang Tengfeng, Attorney Cao Guanghui, and others from Zhiming Law Firm received inquiries from several residents on legal issues including civil disputes, marital property, labor contracts, work-related injury benefits, and wages. The nearly one hundred legal awareness brochures brought by the Zhiming lawyers were quickly claimed by residents. At the event site, Director Wang also discussed with Deputy Director Zhao, Director Huang, and other relevant leaders the further deepening and expansion of cooperation in the “Law into the Community” work involving Zhiming lawyers, and further consensus was reached on arrangements for the next stage of work.
