[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm held a legal lecture on housing damage compensation in Yangang Community

At the request of residents of Yangang Community in Yantian Street, on the afternoon of April 22, lawyers Cheng Quan and Wu Jinsong from Zhiming Law Firm held a legal lecture on housing damage compensation at the Yangang New Village Residents' Committee in Yangang Community, attended by over 20 original residents of Yangang New Village.

Lawyer Cheng Quan cited cases to explain the relevant legal procedures for housing damage compensation, pointing out that the authoritative institution's appraisal report on housing damage is the basis for the court to determine the facts and extent of damage and to award compensation.
