[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm held a legal lecture on housing damage compensation in Yangang Community

At the request of residents of Yangang Community, Yantian Subdistrict, attorneys Cheng Quan and Wu Jinsong from Zhiming Law Firm delivered a legal lecture on housing damage compensation on the afternoon of April 22 at the Yangang Xincun Residents' Committee in Yangang Community. More than 20 former residents of Yangang Xincun attended the lecture.

Lawyer Cheng Quan cited cases to explain the relevant legal procedures for housing damage compensation, pointing out that the authoritative institution's appraisal report on housing damage is the basis for the court to determine the facts and extent of damage and to award compensation. Lawyer Wu Jinsong explained the pathways and methods of housing damage compensation and related legal provisions from the perspective of the Property Law. The two lawyers also interacted with the residents and answered their legal questions.
