[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The Cultural Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association visited the Anhui Lawyers Association and Hefei Lawyers Association for investigation and study.

From November 13 to 15, a delegation of six, including Wang Tengfeng, Director of the Lawyers' Cultural Construction and Rules Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and Zhao Bo, Supervisor of the Municipal Lawyers Association, visited the Anhui Lawyers Association and Hefei Lawyers Association to study and exchange ideas on lawyer cultural construction and rule and regulation development. Chen Chen, Vice President of the Anhui Lawyers Association, Zhou Jiyun and Xu Xiaohua, Deputy Directors of the Cultural and Sports Committee, Secretary-General Jia Xiaoqing, and Chu Daocheng, Vice President of the Hefei Lawyers Association, received them and held a symposium.

The delegation had extensive exchanges with the Anhui Bar Association and the Hefei Bar Association on topics such as lawyer image management, brand promotion, cultural performances, and other cultural development efforts, as well as personnel and financial management, professional training, and decision-making procedures in terms of rules and regulations.

Both sides believe that lawyer culture is the source of cohesion and vitality in the legal profession, the soul of the profession, and its soft system; rules and regulations are the covenants jointly observed by the legal profession and its hard culture. The two are interdependent and mutually reinforcing, so establishing a system of rules and a cultural system that suits the current state of the local legal profession is a long and arduous task. Both sides also hope that the two bar associations will further deepen their exchanges and cooperation in the future, learning from each other's strengths to jointly promote better and faster development of the legal profession in both regions.

The delegation visited Anhui Chengyi Law Firm in person, gaining detailed insights into the cultural life and institutional management of law firms in Anhui.
