[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The Cultural Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association visited the Anhui Lawyers Association and Hefei Lawyers Association for investigation and study.

From November 13 to 15, a delegation of six led by Wang Tengfeng, Director of the Lawyers' Cultural Development and Rules Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and Zhao Bo, Supervisor of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, visited the Anhui Lawyers Association and the Hefei Lawyers Association to study their work in lawyers' cultural development and regulatory framework development. Chen Chen, Vice President of the Anhui Lawyers Association, Zhou Jiyun and Xu Xiaohua, Deputy Directors of the Culture and Sports Committee, Jia Xiaoqing, Secretary-General, and Chu Daocheng, Vice President of the Hefei Lawyers Association, received the delegation and held discussions.

The delegation had extensive exchanges with the Anhui Bar Association and the Hefei Bar Association on topics such as lawyer image management, brand promotion, cultural performances, and other cultural development efforts, as well as personnel and financial management, professional training, and decision-making procedures in terms of rules and regulations.

Both sides believe that lawyer culture is the source of cohesion and vitality for the legal profession, the soul of the profession, and the soft institution of the legal industry; rules and regulations are the contract commonly observed by the legal profession and the hard culture of the industry. The two are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, establishing a system of rules and regulations and a cultural system that suits the current state of the legal profession in the region is a long-term and arduous task. Both sides also hope that the two bar associations will further deepen exchanges and cooperation in the future, learn from each other's strengths to offset their weaknesses, and jointly promote the better and faster development of the legal profession in both regions.

The delegation visited Anhui Chengyi Law Firm in person, gaining detailed insights into the cultural life and institutional management of law firms in Anhui.
