[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Our city's law firms' participation in people's mediation work has been affirmed by the leaders of the Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Committee
On the morning of May 28, Chen Zhixin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Commission and Director of the Municipal Comprehensive Management Office, led a delegation of relevant municipal leaders to conduct a research visit at the People's Mediation Room stationed at Yantian Police Station by the Yantian Subdistrict People's Mediation Committee. The visit was accompanied by Diao Pizhe, Deputy Director of the Yantian District Justice Bureau, and other relevant department leaders. Li Lulu, a trainee at Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm and a duty mediator representative, and Liang Yaohao, a Yantian community specialist, attended the research symposium.
At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Chen Zhixin listened to a report on Zhiming Law Firm's work in people's mediation and the "Law into the Community" initiative in Yantian Subdistrict. Liang Yaohao, the Yantian Community Commissioner, presented on-site the legal education posters for the Yantian Community produced by Zhiming Law Firm that month, and introduced the content and significance of each section of the posters. Deputy Secretary Chen Zhixin highly affirmed and praised the work of Zhiming Law Firm, and expressed gratitude for the legal services it has provided to the communities in Yantian Subdistrict over the past eight years.
