[Guangdong Lawyers Association] The Financial Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association held its first WeChat meeting for all members in 2018

At 9:00 PM on March 29, 2018, the Financial Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association held a WeChat work meeting for all members in the first quarter of 2018. Vice President Ye Naifeng of the Provincial Lawyers Association attended the meeting, and Deputy Supervisor Wang Tengfeng was present as an observer. Committee Director Zhou Xuan and all members participated in the meeting.

The meeting began with Director Zhou Xuan reporting to all members on the work and awards of the Financial Committee in 2017, and proposing work requirements for 2018. Director Zhou Xuan affirmed the committee's work over the past year and thanked all members for their collaborative efforts. At the same time, Director Zhou Xuan pointed out existing shortcomings and, based on the 2018 work plan and the requirements of the Provincial Lawyers Association, outlined the key tasks for the Financial Committee in 2018, hoping that all members would continue to pool their wisdom and efforts, dedicating more time and energy to the committee's work, and looking forward to achieving greater success in 2018.

Subsequently, Secretary-General Zhu Lili conveyed the spirit of the training class for directors, deputy directors, and secretaries-general of the Provincial Lawyers Association to all members, and shared content such as the "Quantitative Assessment Scoring Rules for Committees of the Guangdong Lawyers Association." Deputy Director Yin Xing made preliminary arrangements and mobilization for the first major event of the Financial Committee in 2018.

In his concluding remarks, Vice President Ye Naifeng fully affirmed the work of the Financial Committee in 2017, stating that the achievements were hard-won. He hoped that the Financial Committee would maintain a spirit of sincere cooperation in 2018, adhere to democratic centralism in practical work, and combine the 2018 work plan with concrete actions to continue bringing a fresh professional atmosphere to the legal profession in Guangdong Province.

Finally, Deputy Supervisor Wang Tengfeng offered supervisory opinions, noting that during this WeChat meeting of the Financial Committee, everyone was active and enthusiastic, the work plan was thorough, and the procedures were standardized. He also encouraged and supervised the committee's work for 2018.

Due to the high enthusiasm and active participation of all attendees, the originally scheduled one-hour WeChat meeting was extended to one and a half hours. During this meeting, the Financial Committee clarified the work requirements for 2018 and the key arrangements for the current stage, enabling efficient and orderly progress into the new year's work, and continuing to provide professional and innovative services to financial lawyers across the province.
