To further establish a positive social image of our province's legal profession as enthusiastic about public welfare and willing to contribute, and to commend the public-spirited law firms and lawyers supporting the Provincial Legal Aid Foundation, on December 8, 2018, the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangdong Legal Aid Foundation jointly held the Guangdong Legal Profession Public Welfare Award Ceremony. In our city, Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm was honored with the "Public Welfare Law Firm" title, and eight lawyers—Huang Sizhou, Tong Xin, Chen Fang, Wang Tengfeng, Gu Donglin, Zhou Xuan, Li Lanlan, and Pan Tinggao—were awarded the "Public Welfare Lawyer" title.

The Provincial Lawyers Association and the Provincial Legal Aid Foundation commended the commended law firms and lawyers for their dedication to public welfare and willingness to contribute, and called on all law firms and lawyers in the province to follow the example of the commended advanced collectives and individuals, learn from their spirit of taking responsibility and willingness to contribute, and strive to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Guangdong, to provide high-quality and efficient legal services in achieving Guangdong's "four leading positions in the country," further promoting scientific economic and social development, and enhancing social harmony and stability, making greater contributions to the province's rule of law construction.
