Shenzhen Justice Bureau: One law firm and eight lawyers in our city received commendations from the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangdong Legal Aid Foundation.
To further enhance the public image of the legal profession in our province as compassionate and dedicated to public welfare, and to commend law firms and lawyers who support the Guangdong Legal Aid Foundation through charitable contributions, the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangdong Legal Aid Foundation jointly held the Guangdong Legal Profession Public Welfare and Compassion Awards Ceremony on December 8, 2018. Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm in our city was honored with the title of “Public Welfare and Compassion Law Firm,” and eight lawyers—Huang Sizhou, Tong Xin, Chen Fang, Wang Tengfeng, Gu Donglin, Zhou Xuan, Li Lanlan, and Pan Tingao—were honored with the title of “Public Welfare and Compassion Lawyer.”
The Provincial Lawyers Association and the Provincial Legal Aid Foundation commend the recognized law firms and lawyers for their dedication to public welfare and willingness to contribute, and call upon all law firms and lawyers across the province to take the recognized advanced collectives and individuals as examples, learn from their courage to take responsibility and spirit of dedication, and provide high-quality and efficient legal services for implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Guangdong, striving to achieve Guangdong's "four leading positions nationwide," further promoting scientific economic and social development, and advancing social harmony and stability, thereby making new and greater contributions to the rule of law in our province.
