[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Zhiming Law Firm dispatches additional lawyers to advance legal services in communities
In accordance with the overall arrangements of the Municipal Justice Bureau and the Lawyers Association, Zhiming Law Firm took proactive action and stationed itself in Yantian Subdistrict, Yantian District, to carry out the Legal Services in Communities initiative. Under the leadership of Director Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, three special meetings were held successively to continuously summarize work experience. Based on the actual legal service needs of the communities, and building on the initial deployment of 5 lawyers, the firm recently decided to dispatch 5 additional lawyers to participate in the Legal Services in Communities initiative.
Over the past two months of legal services in communities, lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm have worked tirelessly, going deep into communities and carrying out solid work. They have successively held 16 legal consultation sessions and 5 legal lectures across 5 communities: Yantian, Yangang, Donghai, Mingzhu, and Yong'an. In response to concerns among residents of certain natural villages regarding overall demolition and compensation, they intensified outreach on legal policies related to urban village redevelopment in Shenzhen, helping community residents dispel doubts and cooperate with demolition.
