On the morning of December 9, 2017, the Shenzhen Lawyers Association Media Networking Symposium was successfully held at Jiaochangwei, Dapeng, Shenzhen. Ma Zhuobing, Deputy Director of the Municipal Justice Bureau's News Office; Lin Changchi, President of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association; Vice President Wang Tengfeng; Chen Wei, Director of the Publicity Committee; Deputy Directors Yan Yudan, Yang Yindi, and Wang Ning; along with journalists from 11 media outlets including Legal Daily, Shenzhen Evening News, Yangcheng Evening News, and China Reform Daily, participated in the event.
 

Vice President Wang Tengfeng warmly welcomed the media friends to this networking event. He pointed out that as important forces in the construction of a rule-of-law society, lawyers and the media should further explore and strengthen cooperation, from routine publicity to feature reporting, to comprehensively and deeply showcase the innovative work and positive image of Shenzhen lawyers in the city's legal development.

Director Chen Wei and the three deputy directors introduced the relevant work of the 10th Lawyers Association's publicity efforts from aspects such as platform maintenance, learning and exchange, media liaison, and legal promotion.
 

Deputy Director Ma Zhuobing fully affirmed the association's recent work in multi-angle, multi-platform promotion of legal construction, as well as its close ties and positive interaction with the media. He hoped that the Lawyers Association would continue to follow the guiding principles of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fulfill lawyers' duties, strengthen cooperation with media organizations, and elevate publicity work to a higher level.
 

The attending journalists expressed gratitude for the law association's enthusiasm and initiative in supporting media coverage of legal publicity and education, affirmed the professionalism and professional image of Shenzhen lawyers, and suggested: first, keeping up with the times and new media trends, developing different communication methods and promotional forms for different media types, and building a brand image for Shenzhen lawyers; second, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up and the 30th anniversary of the law association next year, conducting concentrated reporting and display of Shenzhen's judicial reform achievements; third, further enhancing communication, providing contact information for various professional committees, and offering more professional and targeted legal guidance.
 

President Lin Changchi thanked the media for their attention and support to the association's work, introduced relevant work since the establishment of the 10th Law Association, and focused on introducing the relevant situation of the 10th China Lawyers Forum: as a grand event in China's legal profession, this China Lawyers Forum, after a six-year hiatus, will be grandly held from January 6 to 8, 2018, in Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. President Lin detailed the historical background, organizational form, application process, and significance of holding the forum in Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges with attending journalists on how to comprehensively publicize and report on the forum.
