[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The first round of legal skills criminal law special lecture tour concluded successfully
On September 25, 2017, the Vocational Training Committee of the Municipal Bar Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee"); Training Committee; ）Jointly organizing a legal skills lecture tour with the Lawyer Working Committee of Luohu District; Criminal Legal Service Skills; (First round) ▪ Luohu Station). The keynote speakers Wang Tengfeng, Guo Chaohui, and Tan Zhongxuan respectively gave special lectures on "Innovative Strategies and Techniques for Resolving Suspected Serious Crimes with Prosecution Evidence", "A Brief Discussion on Lawyer Practice in Handling Economic Crime Cases", and "Practical Operations of Detention Necessity Review for Criminal Defense Lawyers" for lawyers in Luohu. The wonderful lectures by the keynote speakers greatly benefited the lawyers in Luohu.
With the successful conclusion of the "Criminal Legal Service Skills" lecture tour at the Luohu station, the first round of the criminal law special topic lecture tour came to a perfect end. This phase of the legal skills lecture tour was smoothly carried out in six districts—Futian, Longgang, Bao'an, Longhua, Nanshan, and Luohu—benefiting all areas of Shenzhen, involving 15 guest speakers, and attracting nearly a thousand lawyers to participate in the lecture tour.
The Municipal Bar Association Training Committee will continue to follow the principles of fairness, universality, and delivering legal services to districts, sequentially holding touring lectures on civil and commercial law, administrative law, and other topics across various districts in Shenzhen. This will enable all lawyers in the city to gain something from the training process of the touring lectures, truly benefiting from the convenience and advantages of the training, thereby enhancing their professional competence and business skills.
