Guangdong Lawyers Association: The Finance Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association Holds a Meeting on Implementing the Work Tasks of Guangdong Lawyers' "Three Tough Battles" and "Four Taking the Lead Nationwide" and the First Half of 2018 Work Conference
To further implement the work tasks of the Financial Professional Committee in Guangdong lawyers' "Three Tough Battles" and "Four Leads Nationwide," and to conduct a half-year work summary and plan for the second half of the year, the Financial Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association held the "First Half of 2018 Work Meeting" via WeChat conference on the evening of July 5, 2017. Ye Naifeng, Vice President of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and Wang Tengfeng, Deputy Supervisor, attended the meeting. Committee Director Zhou Xuan, Deputy Directors Chen Kejun, Yin Xin, Chen Jiana, Zeng Jie, and all committee members participated. The meeting was chaired by Committee Secretary-General Zhu Lili.
At the meeting, Director Zhou Xuan first presented a phased work summary for the first half of 2018, primarily reviewing the large-scale special lecture on "2018 Private Fund Filing Regulation and Practice" and the subsequent positive momentum of ongoing constructive interaction among lawyers, funds, and managers, while exploring and summarizing a new working model for the special committee that integrates theoretical discussion with legal practice. Meanwhile, Director Zhou outlined plans for the financial special committee's various tasks in the second half of the year, proposing that all committee members should, in further implementing the Guangdong lawyers' "Three Tough Battles" and "Four Leading Nationwide" initiatives, continue to carry forward the spirit of dedication and perseverance, and advance the work of the special committee.
Subsequently, the vice directors and secretary-general reported on the progress of their respective work and plans for the next steps. Committee members from across the province also actively spoke, sharing their thoughts and offering many constructive opinions and suggestions on the committee's work.
Vice President Ye Naifeng praised the Financial Committee for holding its work meeting via WeChat in a low-cost, high-efficiency manner, and fully affirmed the committee's achievements in the first half of the year. At the same time, Vice President Ye Naifeng provided guidance and requirements for the committee's work in the second half of the year, hoping the committee would continue to strive for even better results.
Finally, Vice Supervisor Wang Tengfeng delivered supervisory comments. He congratulated the Financial Committee on the successful conclusion of its first-half work meeting and urged the committee to continue performing its duties as always, striving for greater victories.
