On April 17, 2019, the first plenary working meeting of the 2019 Information Network and High-Tech Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association was held in Guangzhou. Vice President Ye Naifeng of the Provincial Lawyers Association attended the meeting. The meeting was attended by Director Luo Zhenhui, Deputy Directors Hu Shibo, Tian Zijun, Zhan Zhaoxia, Liu Ping, Secretary-General Li Weibin, and 23 committee members. Deputy Supervisor Wang Tengfeng of the Provincial Lawyers Association was present as an observer. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Li Weibin.

At the meeting, Director Luo Zhenhui reviewed the work of the Information Network and High-Tech Committee for 2018 and invited Vice President Ye Naifeng to present certificates to the outstanding committee members of 2018. To implement the 2019 work plan, the committee continued to adhere to the principle of assigning responsibility to individuals, dividing and grouping the members, and conducting in-depth discussions on the committee's work plan for the year, key business areas, and other matters, making specific arrangements. The attending members studied earnestly, engaged in lively discussions, and proposed numerous constructive and feasible innovative suggestions, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the committee's work this year.
Vice President Ye Naifeng delivered a concluding speech at the meeting, affirming the work achievements of the Information Network and High-Tech Committee in 2018 and offering many valuable suggestions for the committee's work in 2019.
