Zhiming Lecture Hall Sixth Lecture—Practical Process of Wang's Alleged Fraud Case
On the afternoon of June 25, 2021, Lawyer Zhang Qingping from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm delivered the sixth session of the "Zhiming Lecture Hall" sharing seminar. In this lecture, Lawyer Zhang Qingping used real cases as examples to explain every detail from taking on a case to filing it, and from meetings to court hearings.

At the outset, Attorney Zhang provided an introduction to the basic facts of the case, clearly outlining the sequence of events and describing in detail the criminal facts and circumstances alleged by the procuratorate. After we accepted the engagement, we undertook extensive legal work. During this period, Attorney Zhang spared no effort in traveling to another city specifically to meet with the client, Wang, on six occasions, and reviewed as many as 72 volumes of case file materials. Through repeated study and analysis, a sophisticated defense strategy was ultimately formulated.

[5] Perhaps because the case-handling process resonated with the audience, or because Lawyer Zhang's professionalism set the tone, the lecture received an unprecedented enthusiastic response, lasting nearly two hours, with attendees still wanting more. Regarding this lecture, everyone expressed that they gained a lot: young lawyers learned the procedures and methods for handling such criminal cases, while more experienced lawyers drew insights into professional ethics. As the lecture drew to a close, Lawyer Zhang himself remarked with emotion: "We learn not only through handling cases but also through exchange and progress."
