On the evening of June 23, a major criminal case occurred in the new district of Yongcheng City. Jin Chuangmin is considered a major suspect.
 
Jin Chuangmin (male, Han ethnicity, born on March 9, 1976, ID number 411224197603092815, registered residence: No. 95, Building 1, No. 30 Erligang Street, Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province), the suspect is about 170 cm tall, slightly overweight, and was wearing a white short-sleeved T-shirt with a NIKE logo on the left chest and black casual pants at the time of the incident. To quickly solve the case and eliminate social risks, the public is asked to identify the suspect.
 
If anyone has information, please report it to the public security authorities. A reward of 10,000 RMB will be given for valuable clues, and strict confidentiality will be maintained. A reward of 50,000 RMB will be given for directly capturing the suspect. Those who conceal information will be held legally accountable.

Reward notices are issued to maximize and fastest eliminate social security risks, so they seek public tips on fugitive criminal suspects to capture them as soon as possible. Meanwhile, public security organs will provide certain rewards to units or individuals who provide major leads or directly capture fugitives, and will strictly keep informants' information confidential, even taking corresponding protective measures.
 
Therefore, continuing from the above reasons, as members of the public, we should actively provide leads to public security organs. At the same time, fugitives are urged to recognize the situation, voluntarily surrender, and seek lenient treatment.
