[3] Recently, Tongren Public Security in Guizhou issued a public notice seeking information on criminal and mafia-related activities by Xu Yizhou (Wild Horse), Xu Yijie (Xu Sanmao, Xu Sange), Huang Xianyou, and others in Bijiang District.
[4] Xu Yizhou, Xu Yijie, and another company member, Zhu Ming, are all from Xujiaba Town, Sinan County, Tongren City, Guizhou. On the 11th, Officer Song of Tongren Public Security Bureau stated that many citizens have provided him with leads on Xu Yizhou's mafia involvement. Regarding whether all mafia members are from the same hometown, Officer Song noted that some mafia members in Xu Yizhou's operated venues are his relatives.
[5] Currently, criminal suspects Xu Yizhou, Xu Yijie, Huang Xianyou, He Xiaolong, Chen Biao, Chen Yong, Xiao Kui, Yin Ke, Zhang Hangang, and Tu Qihui have been subjected to criminal coercive measures by public security authorities according to law. Informed citizens, victims, and affected organizations are encouraged to actively report and expose the criminal activities of Xu Yizhou and others, and provide relevant evidence.

[6] Article 292
For those who gather a crowd to engage in affrays, the ringleaders and active participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, or public surveillance; under any of the following circumstances, the ringleaders and active participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years:
(1) repeatedly gathering a crowd to engage in affrays;
(2) gathering a large number of people for affrays on a large scale, resulting in adverse social impact;
(3) gathering a crowd to engage in affrays in public places or on major traffic routes, causing serious disruption to social order;
(4) gathering a crowd to engage in affrays with weapons.
If gathering a crowd to engage in affrays causes serious injury or death, the offenders shall be convicted and punished in accordance with Articles 234 and 232 of this Law.
Article 293
Whoever commits any of the following acts of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, thereby disrupting social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention or public surveillance:
(1) Beating another person at will, if the circumstances are flagrant;
(2) Chasing, intercepting, verbally abusing or intimidating another person, if the circumstances are flagrant;
(3) Forcibly taking or demanding, or willfully damaging or occupying public or private property, if the circumstances are serious;
(4) Creating disturbances in public places, causing severe disorder in public places.
Whoever gathers others to repeatedly commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph, seriously disrupting social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years, and may also be fined.

Xu Yizhou, who once walked the red carpet of the Starlight Avenue, was once at the height of his glory, but now he has engaged in a series of illegal and criminal activities such as affray, picking quarrels and provoking trouble, and intentional injury. Although Xu Yizhou is not particularly famous, he was once quite popular. Unfortunately, he did not diligently pursue his professional path but instead took a wrong turn. It must be understood that involvement in organized crime and evil forces is a serious social offense, not only endangering social stability but also threatening the safety of people's lives and property. Such lawless behavior is intolerable under the law. Judging by the enthusiasm of the public in providing leads, people are deeply disgusted by this, which also demonstrates that the concept of a rule-of-law society has taken root in people's hearts.
