[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Public Relations Committee Sets Sail

At 3:00 PM on June 23, 2017, the Public Relations Working Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association held its first plenary meeting in the third conference room of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. Lin Changchi, President of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and Wang Tengfeng, Vice President, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Ding Chaoqun, Director of the Public Relations Working Committee; Shen Wei, Xiong Yilin, and Liao Ruibin, Deputy Directors; Cao Dieyun, Advisor; and more than thirty members of the committee attended the meeting. Xiao Huadong, Supervisor, attended the meeting as a non-voting participant. The meeting was presided over by Director Ding Chaoqun. In a warm and harmonious atmosphere, President Lin Changchi and Vice President Wang Tengfeng presented appointment certificates to the elected director, deputy directors, and committee members.
 

At the meeting, President Lin Changzhi first delivered an important speech on behalf of the Lawyers Association, extending warm congratulations to the Public Relations Working Committee and the elected members of the Committee. He emphasized the Committee’s external work responsibilities and requirements, stressed the importance of effective cooperation with other committees of the Association, and particularly pointed out the important responsibilities the Public Relations Committee would undertake on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association in June 2018, expressing his hope that the Committee would achieve outstanding results.
 

Vice President Wang Tengfeng, while congratulating the elected members of the committee, also expressed warm congratulations and high expectations for the Public Relations Working Committee, summarizing its work priorities as “internal guidance and external outreach, enhanced engagement, and expanded cooperation.” He believes that all members of the Public Relations Committee will certainly achieve results and open up new prospects.
 

Committee Director Ding Chaoqun mainly introduced the committee's focus on external exchanges and cooperation, providing a preliminary summary and explanation of the work scope. He called on all members to demonstrate a spirit of dedication and build a communication and exchange platform between the committee, fellow lawyers, and various industry associations, chambers of commerce, and enterprises.
 

The three deputy directors, Shen Wei, Xiong Yilin, and Liao Ruibin, each expressed preliminary opinions on the committee's work, stating that they would closely cooperate under the leadership of President Lin, President Wang, and Director Ding, fully leveraging their respective strengths and expertise to carry out the work of the Public Relations Committee.

Lawyer Cao Deyun offered constructive suggestions and opinions on the committee's work, emphasizing that the committee should choose the most effective and impactful areas as priorities and breakthroughs, and focus on internal and external communication and integration.

Supervisor Xiao Huadong provided supervisory opinions, highly praising all aspects of the first plenary meeting of the Public Relations Committee and expressing high expectations for the committee's future work.
