[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Public Relations Committee Sets Sail

At 3:00 PM on June 23, 2017, the Public Relations Working Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association held its first plenary meeting in the third conference room of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. Lin Changchi, President of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and Vice President Wang Tengfeng attended and delivered speeches. Ding Chaoqun, Director of the Public Relations Working Committee, along with Deputy Directors Shen Wei, Xiong Yilin, Liao Ruibin, Advisor Cao Dieyun, and over thirty committee members participated in the meeting. Supervisor Xiao Huadong attended as an observer. The meeting was chaired by Director Ding Chaoqun. In a warm and harmonious atmosphere, President Lin Changchi and Vice President Wang Tengfeng presented appointment certificates to the elected directors, deputy directors, and committee members.
 

First, President Lin Changchi delivered an important speech on behalf of the Lawyers Association, expressing warm congratulations to the Public Relations Committee and its elected members. He emphasized the committee's external responsibilities and work requirements, noting the need for effective cooperation with other committees of the association. He particularly pointed out the important duties the Public Relations Committee would undertake in June 2018, on the 30th anniversary of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and expressed hope that the committee would achieve success.
 

Vice President Wang Tengfeng, while congratulating the elected committee members, also expressed warm congratulations and high expectations for the Public Relations Committee. He summarized the committee's work focus as "internal guidance and external liaison, enhancing exchanges, and expanding cooperation." He expressed confidence that all members of the Public Relations Committee would achieve results and create a new situation.
 

Committee Director Ding Chaoqun mainly introduced the committee's focus on external exchanges and cooperation, providing a preliminary summary and explanation of the work scope. He called on all members to demonstrate a spirit of dedication and build a communication and exchange platform between the committee, fellow lawyers, and various industry associations, chambers of commerce, and enterprises.
 

The three deputy directors, Shen Wei, Xiong Yilin, and Liao Ruibin, each expressed preliminary opinions on the committee's work, stating that they would closely cooperate under the leadership of President Lin, President Wang, and Director Ding, fully leveraging their respective strengths and expertise to carry out the work of the Public Relations Committee.

Lawyer Cao Deyun offered constructive suggestions and opinions on the committee's work, emphasizing that the committee should choose the most effective and impactful areas as priorities and breakthroughs, and focus on internal and external communication and integration.

Supervisor Xiao Huadong provided supervisory opinions, highly praising all aspects of the first plenary meeting of the Public Relations Committee and expressing high expectations for the committee's future work.
