32 Shenzhen Lawyers Attend the Guangdong Lawyers Association's "Thousand Outstanding" Talent Training Program
To enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of young lawyers and promote the development of the legal services industry, the Guangdong Lawyers Association held the 9th and 10th sessions of the Guangdong Young Lawyers "Thousand Excellence, Hundred Talents" Training Program on November 16-19 and November 19-22, 2017, at the Songshan Lake Campus of Dongguan University of Technology. The Shenzhen Lawyers Association organized a total of 32 young lawyer representatives to participate in these two training sessions.
The training course had a rich curriculum, including the artistry of litigation, the relationship between lawyers and the media, legal counsel practice, juvenile protection legal practice, marriage law practice, market expansion for specialized legal services, reflections on the development of young lawyers, labor law practice, and interpretation of the 19th National Congress report.
To ensure the smooth progress of the training for young lawyers, the Shenzhen Lawyers Association issued a notice to young lawyers across the city regarding participation in the training, conducted a rigorous selection process, finalized the list of trainees, and established the Shenzhen Class of the Ninth and Tenth Sessions of the Thousand Outstanding Talents Training Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Shenzhen Class"). A class meeting was also organized before the commencement of the program to elect the class committee.
During the training, representatives of young Shenzhen lawyers reported on time, fully participated in all courses of the provincial lawyers association training program, and actively engaged in interactive sessions, micro-forum sharing, and other activities. The young Shenzhen lawyers demonstrated excellent professional competence and spirit, earning high recognition from the training instructors and fellow lawyers from other regions.
Through this training program, the young lawyers of the Shenzhen Class shared the work experience and insights of senior lawyers in the industry, broadened their practice perspectives, inspired new approaches to handling cases, and gained substantial benefits.
