[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The Municipal Lawyers Association Successfully Held the Ninth Session of the "Craftsmanship Transmission" Lecture Series
On the afternoon of June 21, 2019, the Senior Lawyers Committee, the Youth Lawyers Committee, and the Lawyers Academy of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association held the ninth session of the “Passing on Craftsmanship” lecture series—“The Art of Handling Landmark Administrative Law Cases” at the Lawyers Academy. Wang Tengfeng, Vice President of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association; Gao Liming, Director of the Senior Lawyers Committee; Lei Zhengqing, Member of the Senior Lawyers Committee; Liu Zhongjian, Deputy Director of the Youth Lawyers Committee; and interested lawyers from across the city attended the lecture. The lecture featured Zhang Zhengqian, a lawyer from Guangdong Hanyu Law Firm, and Li Zhiyong, a lawyer from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, as guest speakers. The lecture was moderated by Lei Zhengqing, Member of the Senior Lawyers Committee.
Vice President Wang Tengfeng expressed his gratitude to Lawyer Zhang Zhengqian and Lawyer Li Zhiyong for sharing their rich professional experience and skills with their colleagues in Shenzhen, and paid tribute to the work they have done in the legal profession for many years. He hopes that the legal professionals of the old, middle, and young generations can; Craftsmanship Transmission; The series of lectures serves as a platform for sharing guests to learn from case handling skills and artistic techniques, immerse themselves in the study of litigation skills, appreciate the essence of literary and artistic rights protection litigation, and enhance their skills in handling administrative cases.
Attorney Zhang Zhengqian delivered a detailed presentation on the experience and techniques of handling administrative cases, using one of the “Top Ten Typical Administrative Litigation Cases Driving China’s Rule of Law Progress” as the theme. He covered four aspects: government meeting minutes, an overview of the parties involved, case handling strategies, and the court trial process.
Attorney Li Zhiyong delivered a presentation titled "The Beijing Self-Built Housing Investigation Case," sharing his years of practical experience, techniques, and insights from his legal practice.
Vice President Wang Tengfeng and Director Gao Liming presented the "Craftsmanship Inheritance" honorary commemorative plaques to lawyers Zhang Zhengqian and Li Zhiyong.
