[Shenzhen Lawyers Association] The Municipal Lawyers Association Successfully Held the Ninth Session of the "Craftsmanship Transmission" Lecture Series
On the afternoon of June 21, 2019, the Municipal Bar Association's Senior Lawyers Committee, Youth Work Committee, and Lawyers College held the ninth session of the "Craftsmanship Transmission" lecture series—"On the Art of Handling Administrative Law Cases." Vice President Wang Tengfeng, Senior Lawyers Committee Director Gao Liming, Committee Member Lei Zhengqing, Youth Work Committee Deputy Director Liu Zhongjian, and interested lawyers from the city attended the lecture. The session specially invited Zhang Zhengqian, a lawyer from Guangdong Hanyu Law Firm, and Li Zhiyong, a lawyer from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, as guest speakers. The lecture was hosted by Senior Lawyers Committee Member Lei Zhengqing.

Lawyer Zhang Zhengqian, focusing on one of the "Top Ten Typical Administrative Litigation Cases Promoting China's Rule of Law," detailed his experience and techniques in handling administrative cases from four aspects: government meeting minutes, overview of involved parties, case-handling approach, and court trial process.
Lawyer Li Zhiyong, using the "Beijing Self-Built House Investigation Case" as a theme and drawing on his own professional experience, shared his years of experience, skills, and insights.
