[1] Zhiming Lecture Hall Session 9 – A Brief Discussion on the "Nine-Step Method of Trial Adjudication"
On April 29, 2021, the monthly Zhiming Lecture Hall arrived as scheduled. The speaker for this lecture was Assistant Zhou Quan from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, and the title of his speech was "A Brief Discussion of the 'Nine-Step Method for Adjudication of Elements'."
Assistant Zhou briefly introduced the background of the "Nine-Step Method of Element-Based Adjudication," then elaborated on its basic concepts, and further used cases to explain how the method should be applied in specific cases, thereby demonstrating its operability and reasonableness. For judges, the method can enhance their logical thinking and legal application abilities, and has strong guiding significance for hearing cases and drafting judicial documents. For lawyers, it offers strong inspirational value in cultivating legal thinking methods and improving legal application abilities in practice.
