Tianjin Wanjuan Book Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2019, with legal representative Li Guoqing, founder of Dangdang, and is jointly held by Tang Xiaohui, Liu Haoyu, and Li Guoqing. The company operates an app called Zaowan Dushu, which is Li Guoqing's second entrepreneurial project, focusing on book interpretations by famous teachers.
 
In June this year, several former employees of Zaowan Dushu stated that they received layoff notices in July 2022, and Li Guoqing promised to pay compensation according to the "N+1" standard, but nearly a year later, the compensation has not been fully paid, with some former employees having filed for labor arbitration. The company once had nearly 60 employees at its peak, but now has fewer than 10.

[4] From the once-renowned Dangdang in the industry to the current Morning and Evening Reading, which is being enforced for owing the plaintiff over 30,000 yuan, Li Guoqing also experienced the incident of seizing the company seal. From peak to trough, now being enforced for failing to pay employees' wages is indeed lamentable. However, no matter how many hardships the company has endured, the relationship with employees remains one of employment. The enforcement against Morning and Evening Reading not only shows that the company lost the lawsuit but also indicates its refusal to comply with the effective judgment. Therefore, while sighing, this serves as a warning to all entrepreneurs: no matter how difficult the business, wages must not be withheld, and violating the law will inevitably come at a cost.
